Package got to within 50 miles of delivery and due to the address error, it got shipped BACK to Cameta, ALL with NO NOTIFICATION to me. Cameta informed me that because the first package was still out in the mail system, they could not send me another until they received it back!!! This forced me to have to make a second purchase if I wanted to get my camera by the date I needed it. Because the error was proven to be on their end, they did absorb the overnight shipping costs to get it to me in time. But the whole thing was a frustrating experience and it took a lot of diligence on my part to get them to cooperate. I did ultimately get my camera in time, but was it a 'stellar' customer service experience? No, not really. "
