"Purchasing the item was very easy, spoke to a rep to confirm some details for an RV awning assembly and arms.
I was informed the arms were in the warehouse and would ship right away, which they did, the awning has to be made and has at least a 2 week lead time, no problem.
The arms arrived badly damaged because they were improperly packaged. These are 60 pound, 7 foot long aluminum extrusions with plastic end caps. The packaging was a double layer of plastic wrap, no cardboard to protect the material. The plastic end caps on both ends were badly damaged from dragging on the ground/concrete and there were many scratches along the arms. I cannot blame the shipper since they were not properly packaged.
I made a claim immediately (Friday) and was told I would be contacted by the shipper (UPS) to pickup within 2 business days, once the UPS picked up they would ship the replacement. It was 5 days before I received an email I would be contacted by UPS. UPS never called and arrived without notice at my home to pickup, I just happened to be there when the arrived. Had I not been home they would leave a note and pickup the next day. I finally received an email from CamperID today that the replacement item is shipping, they are expected to arrive 2 weeks after the original arms did. Before receiving the email I contacted CamperID to let them know my concerns regarding the packaging for the replacement arms and was told they cannot guarantee they will be properly packed, this is the vendors responsibility."

"I bought a Furrion stove top for my RV through CamperID.com and discovered upon examining the stove that one of the grates was warped and rocked back and forth on the stove. I immediately contacted Furrion for a replacement grate. I was asked to supply a video of the problem, which I did. My response from Furrion was that the grate didn't rock very much so it would not be covered under warranty. Unbelievable! So now, I'm expected to just live with an unstable stove top grate? I then contacted CamperID.com (which I should have done first). They contacted Furrion and was unable to reach a satisfactory agreement with them, but they still issued me a substantial partial refund. I was happy to see that CamperID did the right thing and stood up for me. I hope that they drop bad merchants such Furrion who do not honor their warranties. The crazy thing about all of this is that the stove top seems to be a high quality item that simply had a defective part that should have been replaced without question. I will be writing a bad review about Furrion. I am still stuck with a warped grate that cannot be replaced. I would have preferred to have paid full price and had a properly working stove top. I think I will be able to come up with a way to shim the grate and the refund will cover the time and cost for the retrofit. I won't hesitate to shop with CamperID in the future."
