"I have ordered Talit from Canaan Online company and after a while it was delivered. Upon delivery I found out that it was sent defected article (with no tzitzit attached). I have called to the company and spoke with Ariel who has recognized the mistake and offered to send me replacement Talit with my return of originally received one. Ariel promised to refund postage for returned item. The postage I paid was $22.50 and I have sent this information with the copy of receipt back to Ariel. However in spite of my emails that I have sent twice none was communicating back to me.
I consider this as unacceptable practice especially by Judaism related business. "
