He responds to emails promptly, including on weekends, and was proactive in providing updates. In the end, I had to go with a different unit, but that was obviously no fault of the GPSWebShop. Prices are also very competitive with bulk order discounts. I'll happily do business here again. "

I made my order on March 17 they state 4 to 6 working days for delivery didn't happen I emailed them 3 times no response. I finally contacted PayPal because I was getting nowhere. They stated in the email to me that shipping is so secure and the carrier will make you sign for the product at the door, what a joke this company is approx 140klms from where I live the product shipped from the US into Canada 9 days later and stuffed into my mailbox by Canada Post a $500 GPS stuffed in the mailbox I couldn't believe it. The shipper had a tracking number but never have it to me me until PayPal interviend. I Tell you for the extra 20 bucks difference I would have just stopped in a truck stop and bought it off the shelf."
