"I bought a refurbished laptop. Brought it home and noticed it had a damaged track-pad. I called the store right away and they said bring it back. I brought it back the next day. Did they give me my money back? Nope! I was prepared to spend more money on a brand new unit but they told me, "We're sorry but our head office has a policy." I have to wait 4-5 business days and they might not give me my money back for a damaged laptop! Canada Computers and their staff do NOT care about you in the least! Buy from them at your own risk! Canada Computers will not see a single cent from me ever again."
"Prompt and friendly service. "
"Never will I deal with this company again! 3 computers purchased, 2 returned, almost a 3rd, due to their misinformation and lies and cover ups. My personal info transferred to a computer that was recalled! The manager said it was actually cloned, later, the employee said it was not, only data transferred. They told me they could clone the next purchase, and the next, then said they couldn't. In one week, 5 trips back and forth to try to fix the situation, get refunded and try to find another replacement. Numerous phone calls! I Was lied to numerous times by 4 staff members including the manager! They are lucky I am not naming them! Very Very poor management, staff all lying for each other, no ownership for their mistakes, no customer support. This is the first time I have given a bad review. Every business has a bad day or bad employee, but this was over numerous days, calls and visits not to mention 4 employees that I dealt with! I have never been so angry & frustrated! DO NOT GO THERE!

"Do not buy anything online from their site. I ordered a monitor and was to be delivered within 2-3 business days. This is absolutely a joke, after 4 business days I called the Store, and also the online call center. There is absolutely no system in place to locate your order, or status. I chose the deliver to another store option only because of the 2-3 days option. There are close to 12 of these monitors within 40 km of my location and 5 of which are in a store only 20 min drive of my location. Now after 9 business days, they still do not know any status of the order, not a clue, they cannot even tell me if someone went and picked the order. When I stopped into the store where it is to be shipped too, they say its on a truck. And "they don't know what is coming and when, whatever is on the truck is on the truck" I have tried everything and everyone to at least call the store they ordered it from and see if it is ready to go. When I was in the oshawa store I saw another monitor for $60 more but same manufacture, style, and asked them if they would just give me that monitor for the same price since I have been put out, and also this was a birthday gift from my son. Big fat NO! The days of customer service are gone. I will never purchase through Canada computers again, simply for this lack of customer support or even care.

"le vendeur ne voulais pas respecter l'exactitude du prix sur un bloc d'alimentation a (89.99$ sur tablette) 150.00 a sa caisse! na pas voulu appeler le gérant a ma demande!, jai du aller cogner en arrière pour le demander ! même lui a pas voulu me rencontrer il ma envoyer un autre commis régler le litige! tout un service!! "
"I bought a monitor from them online, which is shipped from their local warehouse. And I then find out I added the wrong model to my cart so I went to return it.
The customer service told me since its a online purchase, I will have to pay for the shipping to send it to Ontario, not the local warehouse, HAVE to ship to Ontario. Their RMA window only last 10 calendar days I have to do express shipping or it won't work.
So she told me my only choice is spend 107 dollar to send back my 300 dollar worth purchase.
I lost it.
This is the worst brand you can find cross whole Canada, worst customer service and their price was not even a real sale. They always mark up price and put a sale tag on it. Never buy from them, and plz tell your friends about it

"I purchased a Computer from Computer Canada in 2019, within weeks the keyboard stopped working & so I returned it to the store for repair November 7, 2019. I was told that it'd take 2-3months to come back from the repair center. Fastforward to March 2021 my computer finally arrives with the repair center note that "No problem was found", thank goodness I tested the keyboard before leaving & found it still didn't work & that there's a new huge delay in the boot up time which was not present before. the technitian Micheal tells me that I need to purchase a new processor & that they'd return the computer back to the repair center. It will be June in a couple of days & I have not been contacted by their store manager about when I can come to pick out new computer! My computer is what I use to make a living!!! "
"Stay away from Canada computers Orleans. No judgment or common sense. "
"I ordered a rtx 3080 about 5-6 months ago and spent 1400$ and now they are telling be that they haven’t gotten any cards and have cancelled my order what is the point you told me that i was gonna get the card in 2-3 months and now your cancelling it are you fing serious scam of a company buy at best buy or any other place "
"Don't bother ordering from these crooks. They took $1000 from my credit card and never ship my order items. And you're wasting your time calling or e-mail them because they have no customer service whatsoever, I am filing a complaint at BBB"
"Jacob at Canada Computers was extremely helpful providing details on a few different laptop options for my son. Informative without pressuring. It was an enjoyable sales experience. "
"The issue has to do with a laptop I brought to the store to have its memory upgraded to the maximum possible, up to 32 Gb if possible. I brought the laptop to the store on February 12, 2021, and I was told that the laptop would have to be placed in quarantine for 5 days before they would be able to look at it, which I agreed to. On February 22nd I still had not heard from them, so I called to ask for a status. After some confusion, the person on the phone informed me that he had found the laptop in their batch of items due to be worked on starting Feb 24th. I informed him that I had brought it in on Feb 12th and that the quarantine period should have been over a while ago. The person replied that he had no way of verifying that, so they had to wait. On Feb 23rd I received a call to let me know that they would be able to do the upgrade to 32Gb as requested, and that they had the appropriate memory in stock and that it would cost around $300. (He gave me a number on the phone, but I don’t recall the exact amount, just that it was around $300.) I gave him my approval to go ahead with the upgrade. On Feb 25th we were in Kanata to do some shopping, so I called to see if the laptop was ready to go yet, and was told that they had encountered a problem. The laptop was displaying a BIOS error on startup. I told him that the laptop was working fine when I brought it to the store on Feb 12th, in fact, on the day before I brought the laptop in, I had used it to backup all the data on the SSD, and my wife used it on the morning of the 12th, and it booted up fine, the laptop was functioning perfectly. The tech on the phone then told me that the error was there when they first got the laptop, to which I replied that that could not have been the case, since we had used it the day I dropped it off and it was working fine. When we got home there was a message on the answering machine, asking to give the store a call, which I did. I spoke to Eric, who I later learned was the store manager. He told me they were unable to do the upgrade and that they would return the laptop to me in the state he received it. When I asked him if the BIOS error had been resolved, he just repeated that they would return the laptop in the state they received it. I reiterated that the laptop was fully functional with no BIOS error when I left it to them and said I would come to pick it up. When I got to the store to pick up the laptop I asked the tech at the service desk to start up the laptop, and sure enough, there was a BIOS error message on boot up. I again told them that there were no errors when I dropped the laptop off and that they had to fix the problem. By this time, Eric the manager had shown up and he was very belligerent. When I said again that the machine was fully functional with no errors when I dropped it off, he essentially called me a liar. He said they checked the laptop before they tried to install the memory and that the error was there before, and that they had video surveillance to prevent just such a misunderstanding. I asked to see the footage and he refused. He also gave me some crazy analogy about a car repair involving a water pump error cropping up while the sparkplugs were being replaced and that not being the shop’s fault. I then said that I would not be taking the laptop home in the state it was in, and he threatened that the machine would be disposed of if I did not take it home within 90 days. As I left, he told the tech to place the laptop in the disposal pile.

Don't buy from this company. Ever
First things first. I've spent around 2.5k here (New CPU and GPU, along with motherboard) for a PC build. I'm also a student, so this is by no means cheap to juggle with the rest of my expenses. I'd backordered my CPU (Ryzen 9 5950x) and got it a little over 4 months later from them. However it arrived with bent pins. (Out of the box)
Canada Computers refused to offer a replacement, refund, or even help fixing the pins. Considering this CPU is worth over 1000 in CAD, what purpose would I have to destroy it? Not to mention looking at the pins, it's very clear the CPU wasn't dropped at all. So it's clearly some other issue. However the representative on the line was rude and unprofessional. Consistently blamed me for the issue and wouldn't even offer any form of support. This isn't a cheap item, at least some form of support should be expected.
Their policy even states they'd cover manufacturer defects or products dead on arrival. As a result of this issue, it can effectively be classed as such. Yet they're refusing to deal with it.
Canada Computers is just out for your money. They couldn't care less about any issues once they have it. Don't ever buy from here as you'll never receive support.

"Ordered CPU Cooler, was defective. Tried getting ahold of customer support, sent two emails and it's been over a month, they have not responded. Tried calling, was on hold for over an hour and they hung up. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I would not recommend nor support this company ever again."
"They sold me something on sale, took my money, sent me a confirmation, then cancelled my order and told me it was sold out. I showed them it was still in stock in-store and online, and they told me to **** myself and offered me 10% off a full price item."
