"Very poor customer service. I placed an online order with them and received a confirmation email, stating orders generally shipped within five business days and could take up to three weeks to be received. I would receive an email with the tracking number. After receiving no further information from them, I tried to call them several times but only got an answering machine. I emailed them thirteen days after placing the order. I finally received an email response with the following: Your recent prescription order has been updated: The New Status is: Order has been cancelled."
