Great service

"I ordered a high performance refurbished PC, which was delivered on time. However, the PC started up with a loud fan noise and this was persistent. I took it to the Geek Squad at Best Buy and they determined it was an issue with the motherboard. They told me it was not worth fixing and to get a refund. Afterwards, I took it to the Canada Computers technical department, to which they said that they could not fix it and to also seek a refund. Disappointed, I contacted the reseller and was surprised they were very responsive in trying to resolve this matter. Working with the reseller, I tried troubleshooting the problem (loud fan noise) but to no avail. As a last resort, the reseller sent me another refurbished PC while I shipped the defective PC back all within a period of a week. To date, this high performance refurbished PC has been working great and is what I expected. "

Seler Hiding after sending defect product.

"I have paid over $500 for defect computer and I cud never make ad work .I tried to reach the seller (owner) for two months anthi never return my calls and my mails. This is very bad experience for me. No sympathy for this guys and of curse no recommendation.

Computers not worcking and no refund, no replacement for $700.00

"Copal month ago i bath a computer server, and that cost me around $700.00 .When I receive the computer hi never works not even a light completely dead. I tried to joint Canada Monitor email and phone, this guy never return my email and phone call. I tried to joint him for 4 month hi never answer the phone. Well hi steel me $700.00 .Bizarre I have two friend businessmen one in Toronto and one in Montreal and both have similar experience This way of doing businesses will not be profitable for him. Promise."

"Hi,
I have ordered a 21" Dell/Trinitron from canadamonitors by November 1st 2005.
It arrived in less than 10 days, and had the case BROKEN !.
Despite sending them 3 [three] e-mails in mean time to reclaim this problem, they barely responded and didn't take any action so far....
By the way, I didn't receive ANY INVOICE for this monitor, only the extended guarantee plan form.

Except for the case problem, the monitor is fine and works excellent!
