I never got my case, been waiting for ages, sent emails and first replied back that item was on its way but then all of the sudden they will stop replying and I lost my money as more than 45 days have passed. Never buy form them.You may think you are gonna save money but will end up being ripped off and spend more money! Their website should be banned!"
"I made an order with them and 3 months ago and have not received my purchase, they replied to me when I first queried it and even gave me a tracking number (which was a fake code) they then blamed Royal mail and said they will ship the product again (which they never) and never replied to any of my emails after the first 2 emails. now its months later and I send them regular email but they never reply, a friend ordered a incase snap from them but he said it was fake and started to go yellow in the corners."
"The headphones I received were 'sketchily' inexpensive....I ordered them half out of curiosity. They came in a brown paper bag from south-west Asia....'new condition'....but they were clearly 'knock-offs'.
The quality wasn't completely terrible, but beware that they ARE NOT THE PRODUCTS THAT THEY ARE ADVERTISED AS. You are taking a definite gamble, and CandySave DOES NOT FOLLOW THROUGH ON RETURNS OR REFUNDS. After promising a refund and a return, they flaked out on both. After 1/2 a year, I am still awaiting fulfillment of their promises.

Upon opening the package, it was clear to see that I'd been sent a poor quality imitation ('cleverly' placed in genuine Incase packaging). Take my advice and avoid these crooks at all costs. "Purchased an iphone case from Candysave five weeks ago. Never arrived there email response blamed UK Royal Mail and advised I take it up with them.
They directed me back to Candysave who then blamed HongKongPostalService.
Received emails in CHINESE ?!!
After 5 weeks asked for a refund - NO RESPONSE. Asked them to send me another case and they responded immediately. Terrible service,blamed postal service again.
Do NOT purchase from them.
Other reviewers suggest when/if it arrives it will be a FAKE ! - Brilliant waste of time and money."

Products are awful! they do not cover postage on faulty items costing me £8.50. so i have lost my money basically.
Customer services lied to me about a replacement product and the product itself, a iphone case was more than likely fake!

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. CandySave are absolutely awful. I ordered an Incase slider case for my Iphone 4 and it doesn't fit the phone. It's far too loose and slips straight off. I'm convinced it's a shoddy knock off fake because I've owned many Incase cases over the past few years and they're all excellent, this one doesn't even match other Incase slider cases I've compared it to! I then emailed their '24 hour' customer service email address and haven't received a reply 7-days later! I've now raised a dispute through Paypal to claim my money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - pay a little more and get a real, legitimate product from a decent supplier. "
