"This company sells expired candy that you cannot eat and then ignores you when you call to ask for a refund! Terrible company with terrible customer service!"
"Part of my order was ok, but the other part (Twizzler snack bars) were too stale to eat. I called customer service and spoke to a rep who would not give me his name, transfer me to another rep or to another manager (b/c he said his manager was not in), and then hung up on me. I called right back and got another rep who said the manager was on another line (so she was there). I exchanged a few emails with the Customer Service Manager and by their own admission, this was Halloween candy ordered "around" 7 months ago (and their website says this candy has a shelf life of 2 months), but as of today, they still continue to insist the candy was not expired or stale??? Everything except the Twizzlers in my order had an expiration date on it, so i called the manufacturing company (Hershey's) and asked them about this and they said their products are required to have a "Best By" date on them, and if they didn't, it was a pretty good indicator the product was old. When I brought this up to the Customer Service Manager, she advised she sent this to upper management, but still insisted the candy was not expired (but how would they know that if there is not BB date on them??. I have yet to hear back from anyone in upper management. I left a message for the Operations Manager and the Owner/Founder of the company and have not heard back from them either. They keep telling me that they do not accept returns on food products, but their website says "satisfaction is guaranteed on all orders except for chocolate." So needless to say, I am not satisfied, and this candy was not chocolate and definitely not edible.
Their motto is "Fresh Candy Shipped Fast!" Not sure what is Fresh about Twizzlers that are at least 7 months old (and that is from when they received them, not from the date they were manufactured, so who knows how old they are, but the manufacturer's rep said the code on them was too old to register in their system...so how is that fresh?).
My only saving grace from this is that because they are a google trusted site, Google is working with me to get this resolved. "
"Love, love, love this place! Did not even know a place like this existed until I saw them featured on "Modern Marvels" on the History Channel! Bought a bunch of candy from my childhood that I thought weren't even made anymore. Then my daughter got married and she created the most beautiful candy bar/buffet . . . literally with 25 different types of candy, all in purple! Real friendly customer service who knows a lot about candy and were very helpful. You've got a customer for life! "
"I ordered two bags of candy from this company - $112 PLUS $15 shipping. Half of what I ordered was stale. I called Candy Warehouse immediately to tell them of this and ask for a refund. I was told a refund was not possible. They also stated a replacement wold be a futile effort (which I interpreted to mean it was something that would cost them money). From 3000 miles away and never having tasted the candy I recevied, they determined that what they sent me was not stale. Their customer service is sorely lacking as is the quality of the product they sell. They were judge and jury - they have my $63 (one bag plus shipping) and I have a bag of stale candy. Save your money and the hassle of having to deal with their poor customer service team - oh and I think the "team" is just one person as she is the one who answers the phone and responds to all e-mail. This is a sorry excuse for a company and should not be in business. It is clear their objective is to make money - they really don't care at all about customer satisfaction. What a ripoff!!"
"The candy was old and had been affected by moisture is what they told me. It was very chewy not crisp and crunchy like seafoam candy should be. When I complained they replied I was stuck with it since I opened it. BEWARE OF THEIR RETURN POLICY... If you get a defective product they will refuse a return because you opened the box. How would you know it is bad if you do not try it??? I will report to BBB, FDA, Attorney General and more. God Bless, I will keep them in my prayers.

"CandyWarehouse.com has the largest candy selection I have seen on the internet, competitive prices and great customer service. Highly recommend this company. And especially with picky clients like mine (lots of brides), it is nice to know I can count on the product and service at CandyWarehouse.com."
"Received the candy quickly. The company is located in the same state.
Wanted to add a different flavor to the order so I contacted them to see if they could add the order before it shipped or cancel it so I could reorder.
Unfortunately I receive two of the same order but I like the flavor anyway so it wasn't a big deal. Teresa White (the contact) graciously sent me the correct flavor!
Thanks Teresa White!"
"I ordered a few bags of "Assorted Fruit Bon Bons 240 ct." The candy didn't turn out to be what I thought it would be. It was a cheap, low-quality product from Colombia. No problem though - Candy Warehouse offers a review system where you can comment on candy! I submitted a negative review of the candy, to provide some insight to other shoppers. I waited a few days and the review never showed up on the site. What the heck? So I started looking around at their other candies, and unbelievably, I didn't see ANY candies with an overall rating below five stars! Looking at individual reviews, it's clear that they simply don't post bad reviews. Notice that they intentionally don't give you a way to sort or search by rating, because then anyone could see that there are no negative reviews. There's only 4 and 5 star reviews everywhere! That's a terribly fraudulent way to do business, in my opinion. I call BS.
I will not shop from CandyWarehouse.com again."
"This company is horrible!!! Horrible!!!! They shipped this in a cardboard box, with paper and just one "ice pack". This chocolate will not make it anywhere in the original condition. When I received it, it was completed melted. There are many ways to ensure chocolate makes it to a destination without melting (i.e. dry ice, foam containers, etc), but this company is too cheap and too inconsiderate to use any of those. Don't buy anything from them unless you want it to arrive in a melted goo. And customer service is also horrible since they just tell you, oh well, we warned you. What they should be saying on this website as a warning is, "oh well, we don't know anything about how to ship candy, but we sell it to you anyways. We just want your money and don't care how it arrives, and will not do anything to make sure it arrives in good condition.""
"I needed a specific type of candy for Christmas. I thought I had found it at Candy Warehouse. I placed an order, but 2 days later a Candy Warehouse representative called to say that the candy is out-of-stock. I suggested that it would be basic courtesy to update the website to reflect that the candy is out-of-stock before accepting orders for it. The customer service rep was unresponsive to my suggestion and appeared to be in a hurry to get me off of the phone.
Anyway, this was not a "big deal". But it did waste my time as it was now too close to Christmas to order over the Internet. So I had to spend about 2 hours driving around to find this candy.
