The small boxes were loose inside he packing box, therefore they kept hitting each other during shipping, resulting in broken candy and candy that was loose inside the shipping box. I contacted customer service and was belittled since there is a disclaimer saying the candy easily breaks. Nicole from Customer Service: I was trying to help you understand whomever was in packaging may need to take another look at how the items are put into a box. An addition of crinkle paper or bubble wrap would have aided in my candy arriving unbroken, instead of broken and uningestible since they were loose in the box.

Oh yeah: the refund Inwas promised? Haven't received it and it is passed the 1-3 business days. Save your money. Don't buy from this company!!!"
