"The customer service is non-existent. I needed to return a cane so I called the company. I was told returns must be started through email, but, they wouldn't give me an email address. I was also told returns must be made within 30 days so I asked them to look up my order date. I was told they couldn't access to records.

"I ordered a cane from "Canes Galore" requesting a 38" cane. They sent me one for 37". I used their customer service e-mail to tell them. I provided all the necessary information from my order form (I print out everything when I buy something over the internet) from their receipt I received with the shipment and the information from "Paypal". They responded via e-mail saying they would send out a replacement of the correct length. I waited 2 weeks. No cane. No explanation. I emailed them 2 more times with no response. Then I called their "customer service". I received a "customer ignored" responce"
"Spent over $500 on canes. I had a issue with the handle beginning to flake and I couldn't even get through to customer service via phone. I tried by email, but they would not honor their own warranty.
Poor customer service and garbage canes. Thanks"
