"I did my research on the seller and the product (Nikon D50), I placed my order on the web on Monday, and even called to follow up and added an item, they had no problem adding the item and still getting the product out the same day, I even was left a voice mail confirming my order had shipped, they advised I would have had a tracking number later that evening, but that never arrived via email or through their site, however upon calling the next day, they confirmed it shipped and apologized for not having a tracking number sent via the email from UPS. They provided that promptly, it did ship on time, and arrived per the shipping method time frame requested. Item is what it was described. I saved atleast $50 off some other well known companies, but I have faith that I will do business with this company again."

"I just can’t say enough about the professionalism and polite friendly staff of Cangoa Camera. In the past I have purchased Nikon SB800, Nikon 50 1.4, Nikon S1, and various inks and stuff. This trip I bought a Nikon 17-55 2.8 DX lens. My sales person for this purchase was Derek (though all they folks down there are great) and once I walked through the door he had everything out and ready to go. Canoga Camera was a wonderful selection of Nikon (and Canon) equipment and are extremely helpful and friendly. For instance Derek is a Canon shoot and he (nor anyone else) has ever engaged in the “my equipment is better than your equipment” game. They are really down to earth helpful and friendly folks. "I just received an order from Canoga Camera today. I've ordered from them several times in the past. When I opened the sturdy carton I could see that my merchandise was well protected by a load of styrofoam peanuts. Everything in the box arrived in pristine condition.

Then it occurred to me. Every time I order from Canoga camera it is the same. I get exactly what I ordered, on time and in perfect condition. Updated - November 8, 2005 - The camera I bought stopped working. I called Canoga and they said they'd take it back as long as I hadn't sent in the warranty registration or cut the UPC off the box. I had not so I sent it back and ordered another camera. The replacement camera was here in two days and I just got the refund for the defective one.

You can't ask for any better service than that! Oh yeah... I've put over 500 shots on the replacement camera and it works great. "
