"Great company! I bought a Sony DCR-VX2100 Camcorder, they shipped it right out and I received it the very next day. The salesman, (Gregg) didn’t attempt any of the east coast high pressure sales or bait and switch tactics. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant. "I Placed and order for a canon lens 70-200 f4L, Hoya polarizer, and Canon Extender 1.4 x II with this company because the lens was out of stock with another reseller. I had never dealt with this company before but I'm glad I did it after a friend recommended it and after reading the reviews here.
I placed the other over the internet (after closing time) and in the morning Daniel called me to let me know that I needed to update some info with my credit company after I did that I called back and was told that the items would ship that same day.
Next day there was a brown package waiting for me at home. Very well packaged. Better than when purchase with other sellers have arrived.

"I am very impressed with Canoga Camera. I placed on order for some flash memory from there website. The memory ended up on backorder. When I inquired as towards what memory they have available to send, due to I was on a tight timeframe. They responded by informing me they sent out even better memory than I had originally ordered and not charge me the difference. In this day and age, that blew me a way!! I have never done business with Canoga Camera in the past, but they can be sure to see more in the future!"

"Superlative service, my camera was back ordered as I just missed the instock time period (Nikon D-70). They readily answered questions when I was getting anxious. Shipping was the day they received new stock. I was able to track UPS ground and had it in less than two days. The basic Sandisk compact flash card I paid for must have been out of stock, so they upgraded me to the Sandisk Extreme card to complete my order. No extra charge. The web site was easy to navigate and functional. Good accessory prices is how I found them initially. I'll buy there again."
