"I ordered a print for a frame and the wrong size was sent, and the second print was sent out wrong as well.
After my order I was told that there may be sizing issues since these are done by hand. So I said this is going
to be in an existing frame and must be the size of the order. I was assured that I would get the size that I ordered
and I received the same wrong size. I sent out another email showing the same issues as the first order and also
called customer service. Customer service told me that a new one would be shipped and it would be the correct
measurement that I ordered and it will be rushed. 3.5 weeks later still haven't received it.

"After receiving my 3 defective prints, I tried numerous times to contact customer service before they responded. Sent the info they asked for and heard nothing back. Left a review at another site and they contacted me again, with an apology and said they would replace the products or refund [only] 20% for store credit. (What? That is absurd and insulting.) I responded with what I would like done not once, not twice, but three times and I'm still waiting for a reply nearly a month later. I guess I will count this as money lost. Don't be like me, stay away from this company and put your money to better use."
"I would give this company NEGATIVE 5 stars if I could. Worst customer service whatsoever. I was shopping around to print a canvas for my customer and canvas champ quotes a delivery by 4/23 when I was shopping around (order was placed on 4/13) Knowing my customer will need the canvas by 4/24, I went with canvas champ. On 4/19, I noticed the canvas was still in production, therefore I opened a chat session with their CS to assure they're planning to ship the item that day. The agent reassured me the item will be shipped out. 4/20 still in production, I emailed the CS and this time another agent reassured me it will be shipped out that day and also told me they're understaffed. (Umm not my problem obviously!) on 4/21, I knew it wasn't going to make it here on time, I made a phone call and talked to their CS staff directly. Quote on quote, he said "this item will be shipped with expedite shipping at the cost of canvas champ. Please be patient, it will arrive on time otherwise we will issue a full refund" I was not convinced and knowing this will also be my business reputation that they're jeopardizing, I searched for a local same day pick up option for doubled the price knowing I will be losing money on this order that I designed for my customer.
Fast forward to 4/23, I received a shipping confirmation that morning and the package did not even arrive FedEx until 4/24! Of course at that point; I'm emailing canvas champ for a refund as promised by their CS agent. After 3 emails, I received one response with a 20% refund! I certainly will not accept that as an answer! The item finally arrived on 4/27 with signature required, I rejected the package and asked FedEx to return to sender. I have been emailing the company ever since and now they're ignoring me. They've already caused me so much trouble to find a local same days printing service, double the price to place an expedited order and now they do not want to refund my order as promised by their representative! I've advised them a week prior that if the product has not been produced, I will gladly cancel and order elsewhere to save both of us the trouble. But they decided to reassure me the item will arrive on time and caused me trouble! Do NOT order from them! This is a poorly ran business, I can't speak of the quality because I never received nor opened the package and returned it. All I've gotten was one lie after another!
I've never left any negative comments for anything! But this is how frustrated I am with them!"
"Lousy experience, delivered 3 weeks after the guaranteed delivery date. The only reason this is 2 stars and not 1 is that I haven't had a chance to open the puzzle and put it together so I don't know the quality of the product, only the quality of the customer service which was crap. I ordered a custom puzzle of one of my father's photographs for Christmas. The order was guaranteed by December 25th. A few days before I reached out to the company because I saw that it had not shipped. They were unable to tell me if it would arrive in time or tell me the status of my order. On December 25th I received an email that my order has been shipped, however when I clicked the link I learned that they had only printed the address label. The package did not arrive at the delivery service for 2-3 more days. This is an important detail because I understand that delivery services were overwhelmed due to the pandemic and things were running late. That would be understandable and not Canvas Champ's fault. Canvas Champ failed to have the product ready to be shipped until days past the guaranteed delivery date. This is not a problem with slow delivery on a national scale, this is a problem with this company taking on more work than they can realistically complete and failing to notify customers even when they were asking about it. I should have gone to Walgreens and gotten it there. I will never order from Canvas Champ again and can not recommend that you do either.

"I ordered 10 canvas wraps (4 5x7s and 6 8x8s) paid 51.49 delivered. I really wasn't expecting much; this was more of a quantity over quality need, and I couldn't afford to do with the bigger names. I was pleasantly surprised. They look real sharp with no noticeable loss in resolution.
A few dings against them:
The edge of the print job (before wrapping) is white, but this wraps around to the back so you don't see it. On a few of the prints, this overhung a millimeter or two on the side. This would bother me if I had paid more.
Also, I ordered on 10/27 and was given a delivery date of 11/9. It arrived 11/16 instead. Not a problem for me, but keep it in mind if you are in a hurry.
I will definitely be ordering from them again and recommending to others.

"WOW! Quality far surpassed the price! I didn't know what to expect when I found this company on Amazon. They offered prices far lower than Costco and Walmart quoted for a similar product. When the product arrived I was beyond impressed with the quality and durability of their product! Amazing attention to detail and what looks like a hand-made product! The canvas is reinforced with a wood backing and the hangers on the back are very high quality. The product looks like I paid three times the price! I am very cynical and rarely do I find a product that exceeds my expectations quite like this one has! Even the packaging provided evidence that this company really cares about preserving your precious memories and making sure they arrive unharmed at your doorstep. Very, very well packaged; item was well preserved upon arrival!I anticipate purchasing all of my future photo products with this company until my walls are full and refer everyone I know to provide revenue to this great company! Thank you for giving me hope that a company can still give a quality product with great customer satisfaction in mind!"
"CC was very fair with me when there was a problem with my order and sent me new copies. The prints look great, they packaged things extremely carefully and the product is very professional. Just make sure you get them to send you a preview before they print your picture. I thought I had requested that and wish I had called in to verify bec that would have prevented problems as I had a tricky panoramic aspect ratio. But all is well and I am very pleased. "
