I purchased from groupon and shipping was higher than doing direct from the website. When purchasing direct from the website you also have more options. I personally had to order my pictures twice, still have not received the finished product and dealing with their customer service is horrible. Must be millennials running the company because they only respond via email. I think we could get the second orders could have been prevented if they would have just responded sooner when they were ordered the first time. So what started out to be a $14 picture turned out to be a $72 purchase. NO BUENO"
