"There was an issue with the picture quality prior to printing. I would respond and get a different person every time. Would be better if the same person took on the issue and completed the project.
Too many auto generated responses from Canvas On Demand confused the issue.
Please read what the customer wrote and answer the question rather than generalized corporate response answers.
Overall the product is good, what I expected but too too much back and forth to accomplish this. When I did Ok the project it was more accept what arrived based on what I believed it would be.
Like I mentioned once all the back and forth was done the order went through and arrived quickly.
