"Long story short, I ordered a print of our family for my Moms birthday. The print came, and my sons head was wrapped around the frame. When I wrote customer service, they informed me that it was my fault and that I should have paid $9.95 for a “review” - shouldn’t this just be included in the service so what ships to a customer is of a certain quality standard? This was after I paid nearly $20 to ship it. When I asked the rep if they would ship me another, they told me yes, but I would need to pay yet another $14.95 in shipping fees. Did I mention most everything ships free now?? We went back and forth and eventually settled on an additional $9.95. Basically I had no choice, I would have lost everything I had already paid with nothing to show for it so I agreed. I have recommended this company to at least 10 people over the last few months because I did initially get a print that turned out nice which is why I bought again. It’s hard to respect a company that would rather lose 10 + customers than cover a charge for $9.95, especially since there are dozens of others that do the same thing. Penny wise pound foolish anyone?? "
