"We were trying to redecorate our pediatric clinic to make it brighter, friendlier and child friendly. We have a limited budget and decided to use personal photographs as well go with canvas to be able to hang items and not worrying about these being knocked off walls. We started with Groupon and thought we were in business until we tried to order our pictures. We had 69 in total. Apparently in the fine detail we could only use one coupon in order to get the published discount. We started working with support through the Chat option and learned that we were not going to be successful in ordering as we had hoped. They helped and directed us back to Groupon. We then hit a snag as apparently also in the fine print of their offer, our purchases were non refundable. Long story short, Canvas on Demand worked with us and kept in constant contact. They were able to get Groupon to refund our purchases and then provided us with a code so that we could order pictures near the same price as we had originally hoped. That however is not the end of the story.... We continued to get great help and communication including notifying us of specific pictures that we had wanted would not work based on their pixel size and made it very easy to substitute these 10 pictures! We paid a bit more for shipping than we would have liked but they again worked with us and we paid for bulk shipping. Finally, the most important is that the pictures arrived (again it appeared that some were initially missing and customer service quickly relived our anxiety and told us that the remaining pictures would and did arrive the next day. Well, they look fantastic and were easy to hang up. Our clinic looks great. I ordered some of my favorite pictures for my office and everyday I am at work is like I am back in Hawaii or Santorini as I gaze on the pictures on my wall. There are lots of different companies out there, but I can easily say that this has been some of the best customer service I have interacted with and you should not hesitate one second to order from Canvas on Demand!"
