"In order to ensure that your canvas looks good you have to pay extra. I would think that a company would want their customers to know that they do everything to make you happy......included in the price you pay. I ordered a canvas. I repositioned the photo using their cropping tools. When I was done I submitted it. Their marking tools were printed on my canvas photo. They replaced it free.......but I had to pay another $17.95 for shipping. Don't think that's free. I also paid the extra $10 to get one of their staff to actually lie eyes on the photo so that SOMEONE at this company could check for the printing of weird stuff in my portrait. It's a scam! I love to gift canvas photos, however, I will not be utilizing this company again for anything "
