"It's the holiday season and the turn around time for this item was immaculate. The image quality is great and I would recommend you giving them an opportunity to make you happy. I used my purchase to go into a frame that had an old 36x24 in there. Once switching them out, I noticed this was about a noticeable 1/2" shy both length and height. It was a pain but I was able to remove the canvas and repurpose the framing from the previous one. Once that was done, we ended up with a lovely photo that my family (mainly my wife) can enjoy! "
