"My son recently enlisted in the Army and with the COVID pandemic I haven’t been allowed to see him since the day he first lest for boot camp (9 months ago). This is the longest I have ever been away from any of my kids. So I Had a picture of my son that he had sent me while he was in Army field training and choose that to print on a huge canvas picture for my living room. Well other than the horrible service my local UPS facility provides, when I did finally receive my canvas the picture and quality is absolutely perfect!!

I had made a mistake on my order and emailed right away to try to fix it. But that was late on a Saturday night, and was pretty sure their customer service would not see my email until Monday. So after noon on Monday I made a call to the Customer Service line. The had my request, and the tech took care of canceling my order and provided directions on how to re order the size I wanted. "I've placed a few orders for their neoprene masks. Each order comes printed differently and the material is different each time. They claim the masks are printed in America and you're supporting American works, but two of my orders came from Germany. However, those two orders were the best. The American printed orders have off colors and the material is not neoprene (maybe lycra). When I've contacted customer service it takes a week to even get them to reprint the order. Not receive a reprint, but to start the reprint. "
