I had made a mistake on my order and emailed right away to try to fix it. But that was late on a Saturday night, and was pretty sure their customer service would not see my email until Monday. So after noon on Monday I made a call to the Customer Service line. The had my request, and the tech took care of canceling my order and provided directions on how to re order the size I wanted. I am still so grateful!"

"I've placed a few orders for their neoprene masks. Each order comes printed differently and the material is different each time. They claim the masks are printed in America and you're supporting American works, but two of my orders came from Germany. However, those two orders were the best. The American printed orders have off colors and the material is not neoprene (maybe lycra). When I've contacted customer service it takes a week to even get them to reprint the order. Not receive a reprint, but to start the reprint. "

"I sent in a picture of my beloved dog whom I had to put to sleep last year. The canvas picture is wonderful; I can almost feel her when I touch the picture it's so life like and perfect! The only small problem I had was about the hanging of the picture. All of the other canvases I have came with a little hanger on the back so I didn't realize that it was an option with this company. I had a friend who had just the right thing to put on the back and the canvas sits prominently on a wall where I can view it easily. The quality of the finished product is just outstanding!
