The only thing I am disappointed with is that you have to make a collage from a different program and then upload the collage photo. "I've had a very poor experience with this company. I will just tell you to send an email to them BEFORE you purchase and watch what you get back as a response. It's an "auto-reply" that says "during this Christmas peak".... that response was sent in the middle of February 2020!

Then when I asked where my order was, as it had not arrived yet - "we don't see you order or email address on file"!!

Only to finally have the product arrive to my door - THE WRONG SIZE.
That's ok - right? I'll just call customer service. Ya, I challenge ANYONE to post if they have ever been able to get in touch with an actual person. The system puts you on hold for 10-15 minutes and then auto-disconnects.

I then sent an email and after 2 weeks finally got a response back. Wait for this.... When I advised that I paid for a bigger size, I was told that in order to receive instructions on how to get the proper size I ordered, I was to DESTROY the canvass I have in my possession and send them the photos. Then I was supposed to trust that after this whole ordeal, that this company would send me another canvass at the proper size!

So I overpaid for my canvass. I truly caution anyone who is looking to buy from this site - be very warned that if you should have ANY issues with your order.... You are out of luck!"
