"The phone I bought arrived 9 days after I placed the order. I guess that's reasonable since the package was delivered by ground cross country. They were very nice over the phone when I called. The only thing negative I would say is that the price was not any cheaper than what I could get at Fry's or Best Buy even without the tax & S&H. I only got it throught the Internet because they were out of stock in the stores. Thank you."
