"They had an excellent selection of parts on line for my 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee Diesel, and I ordered the pat I needed with great enthusiasm. Only to be notified that it was discontinued. Not sure why you can order something online that's not available?

" Incompetent Shipping Dept., at McKinney Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, Parts Dept. did not utilize any proper Shipping Packaging Box to ship my $275 Dodge Durango Part; that which resulted in me receiving a severely damaged Part. They put a shipping label on the soft clear plastic bag sleeve and shipped it from Texas to Virginia, without packing it within any type of protective Cardboard Shipping Box. As a result, the part was severely damaged during Shipment Transit. I have Ring Camera footage showing how it was delivered, and pictures from FedEx; it was not even shipped in any sort of Shipping Packaging Box, they just affixed a FedEx Shipping Label to the Part itself. The Part arrived with broken plastic pieces, some of which are missing, and the End Cap to this Rear Security Cargo Cover was off of the Primary Part is was supposed to be attached to, and cracked too. I will never do Business with this Dealership ever again. "
"Was not pleased with them. I ordered my parts on line and had them shipped to me from here. After I paid and placed my order I received a email saying that the parts where higher and they would not ship them unless I gave them $150 more. I need the parts so I did. The bad thing is after I told them I was a shop and already quoted the price to a customer they said O well. I lost $150 because when I give a price I stand behind it. I could not do someone that way and sleep at night."
