"I was pretty excited about receiving this order from what I still consider a highly reputable remote dealer. The problem was with my first-class package, which sat in Metro Atlanta at various postal distribution centers for 4 days before coming up the East Coast to NJ. I received my order 8 days after label was created by dealer. But that is certainly not fault of seller, but moreso the fact that the promised programming instructions were not included with my new (non-OEM) remote.
