"Bought a pair of component speakers, coaxial speakers and an amp from them. The amp (Alpine PDX-4.100) was such an insanely low price I thought it couldn't be true. I decided to go ahead with the payment. When I found out I was charged for shipping (they said shipping would be free) I sent them an e-mail asking why. Within two hours they sent me a reply. The reason being is because I already used a coupon for 8% off for all the stuff I bought and their price for the amplifier is already the cheapest you can find on the web. I didn't complain any further about that. I sent a reply asking for the tracking numbers and I got a very friendly response back. Extremely good customer service.

A few complaints I do have about them is they do not have a non toll free number to contact them as I live in Canada so the call will not go through to their toll free line. However their response via email was extremely quick. My other complaint is the amplifier does not have a serial code on it so I'm worried if the thing will even turn on.

Other than that, highly recommended. I'm surprised there are no other reviews of them."
