Not only that but when an item that was listed on their site as in stock was out of stock when it came time to complete my order, he and his manager upgraded me to the newest item at no additional cost. "Ordered some 6x9s in which the website showed them to be available & in stock. After order was complete, I received an email saying my billing address had to be the same as my shipping address. However, I have a certain place I like my packages to be delivered. Who are they to tell me that I can't have my packages shipped where I want them? I jumped through all of their hoops, provided the information they asked for, waited for a half a day for a response; then they finally tell me the package will be shipped to me! BUT WAIT!... I then receive an email saying that the speakers were no longer in stock. An hour later I go back to the website to see that the speakers were still showing as "in stock" so I email them back informing them and they assured me that the site would be updated. After 3 days the site was never updated, so I'm assuming that the speakers were in fact in stock and that they did not want to do business with me! Won't ever have to worry about me doing business with CarAudioGiants EVER AGAIN!"
