I called them 10 days after order was placed to inquire as to when I might receive it and was told the model receiver I ordered was out of stock. Would have been nice if someone picked up the phone or sent me an email to let me know that.
Luckily they had some in stock as part of a package deal and the guy I spoke to was able to break it out and ship it to me in about 4 days. Still, 2 weeks is way longer than their indicated delivery timing."

"Around 10 days after I placed the order, I email them for a status. They said it would ship the next day. I received the shipment notification. Again, about 10 days later, I tried to track the item, and it was showing that the carrier hadn't even received the package yet. I emailed them again, and they said it would ship that day.
