" The company charges a 20% restocking fee for merchandise that is returned, at no point during the checkout process or on the advertising webpage was this made clear or mentioned. When asked about this fee the customer service representative merely stated it was written in fine print on the receipt. So only after purchasing a product do you find out that this company intends to charge a ridiculous amount to return a product that they sell.
Customer service is almost non existent, when asking about the ridiculous restocking fee the representative on the phone said it "wasn't his problem" and that "I should have done my homework before buying anything online". This along with slow shipping will ensure that I never shop at this store again and will advise everyone I know to avoid it as well. "
