I contacted Amazon to set up a return and the process proceeded flawlessly. CarAudioGiants accepted the product and my money was refunded. My only complaint is the amount of time it took to complete. From the time I submitted my package to USPS, the process took about 3 weeks before I saw my refund deposited back into my account. Not really a super big deal to me but a more expedient refund would have rated 5 stars."
