"Like many other online reviewers (see trustpilot and BBB), our car cover deterioriated on first use; within a few months. At that point you realize the 'lifetime warranty' is a means to try and collect $95 from you for shipping fee for a new one. This is a no-win situation as the car cover isn't worth that much, and you would need to replace it every few months.
You also at that point realize the reviews on the site are only submitted from some sort of invitation by a review company that seems to be tasked with protecting their reputation, and no one will get that invitation after the car cover is more than a month or so old.
... and that they should not be confused with carcovers.com (similarly named company) that has a better BBB rating.
