"Car cover arrived damaged on 10/31/2022. One of the grommets was crushed when I unpackaged the cover. Took a picture and sent to warranty department. They offered to send a replacement grommet. I asked if it was easy to install and would it void the warranty. The picture got dropped from the reply and rather than answer my questions, they were looking for the picture again. I sent it a second time but asked for a refund and for them to arrange pick up their damaged item. They then reported that they were sending the grommet -- still having not answered my questions. It has been a week and nothing. Will be reaching out again tomorrow for a refund."

"Upon installing the truck cover, we found there were not enough grommets to secure the cover in windy conditions. Also, it began to rain quite heavily, and the cover proved to be waterproof as the section over the bed drooped with the weight of the rain. We purchased 2 pieces of 4x8' plywood to eliminate this problem. Overall, the cover is high end and looks good over our truck. Will update the review in the Spring. "

"I was not given a "custom" cover as advertised.
CarCover.com lead me to believe that the car cover I purchased was specifically made for the 2022 Lexus NX 350. It was not. I purchased it in May for potential bad weather in Florida because I was renting a condo without a garage and my car would be outside in the elements. Hurricane Ian hit and, in advance, I placed the cover on my car as directed. It performed like a parachute, blowing up in the air and twisting around, because it was not a fitted car cover as advertised. It was not fitted to my car like other seasonal homeowner cars on the parking lot which remained tight to the bodies of their cars. The metal chain, which was supposed to remain under the car attaching the two sides, was thrown around and hit upon my passenger door leaving scratches. The lock on the cover rusted. I asked for a refund but was told it was past the 30 day return window. My point was that it was not a fitted car cover, custom to my car, as advertised and therefore I should not have to pay for something it was not. The product was also flawed in that the lock rusted and was no longer usable PLUS the cable scratched my car because the cover was not fitted.
I would not trust this company and would purchase through the other company that is a plural, CarCoverS.com. The two are apparently often confused. I would not purchase from this company. This is my opinion."
"Received our Gold Shield camper cover earlier than expected.
The fit is as well as can be expected, the cover is made for a square body while ours has a rounded down front. Make for difficulty to unzip and access the campers’ front door.
Still, this appears to be a good quality product at a reasonable price. At this time I highly recommend this to protect and preserve your camper.
