"CarAudioDeals is NOT a Hifonics authorized dealer, and warranty offer is invalid!!! I purchased a Hifonics Zeus ZXi150.4 amplifier from them via Amazon, which was advertised with a 1 year warranty. About a month after I installed the amplifier (though I had purchased it several months prior to installation), it stopped working. I contacted Hifonics about the warranty and they said that because CarAudioDeals is not an authorized dealer they cannot uphold the warranty. Now I may have to sue CarAudioDeals to remedy the situation, because they do not want to replace or pay for the repair of my amplifier, which they DECEIVED me into thinking would come with a valid warranty! The amplifier I purchased is now discontinued. But had my warranty been valid, the manufacturer would simply replace the discontinued item with the next comparable item, at no additional charge to me. CarAudioDeals refuses to do this. I was told by their representative Todd, "I don't know what to tell you...Sue us then. You'll get nothing." STAY AWAY FROM CarAudioDeals!!! They don't even answer the phone when you call. You have to leave a message for them to call you back! They are unscrupulous and cannot be trusted!!!"
