"I ordered a rear exhaust box for my Honda stream and took the 3 to 5 day delivery it arrived the next day could not fault my experience thankyou"
"I ordered 2 parts that the website said there were many of. My credit card was charged the very same day for the entire order but on the same day I received a call from Eric Dunndin telling me 1 part was not in stock. Hello??? I was charged for it and there was not even a shipping label created for a shipper even. 9/19/15 my order was assigned a shipping label/ tracking number and my account still said both parts even the one claimed to not be in stock were still on the order. box actually shipped 9/21/15 I received a box on 9/22/15 because I'm only 100 miles from them. On the outside of the box it stated only one part was in it and it was suppose to be the one that I was told not in stock or available. I opened the box up to find a part box with the correct part number for the not available part but contained a different part within with a different part number on it and clearly a wrong part. The other part was not in the box either but my account on their sight said it was shipped in the same box. I called and I talked to a rep and he said there was no split shipment and further told me that the missing part was not available from them or their supplier. The wrong boxed part that I was told from the beginning was not available he said another one would be sent direct from their supplier even after he got done telling me they just got a new shipment of them. Also told me they would refund me for the other part never shipped. After I asked for a return label so I could send back the boxed wrong part he said it was not worth it because it would cost more than it was worth which I was billed 15.23 with tax for. a couple days later I check my account on their site it states nothing about sending a correct replacement part and still claims both parts shipped and order complete. No refund of charges on my credit card and after phone call messages I get no calls back or replies from emails sent to them about my account. 9/24/15 I send a internal e-mail from within their website and I get a respond back 9/25/15 from a William telling me to ship the wrong part I received back at my cost and nothing about any replacement being sent or any refund for the entire order or the other part that was never sent. At this point I have not been credited any refund on my credit card that was billed for parts I ordered that they did not have in stock or sent to me. Besides charging me for parts not in stock or available it looks like I now have to fight to get my money returned for services rendered and not supplied like many others I now read on the net. BBB this company and google complaints before setting yourself up for fraud people."
"These clowns don't deserve the time or day. I ordered a part and 5 days later inquired about the status since I never received a tracking number, I got a bull crap response of "sorry we voided that order because it was out of stock." I never received any type of notification or phone call. This is very poor customer service and I wouldn't recommend these guys to my worst enemy!"

"Thanks to William M, who hung up on me, then spoke unintelligibly for the most part when I called back, then put on a stupid act: "I am confused, what do you want to do" - "I don't know what you want". Both emails very clearly stated what needed to be done.
He ignored everything, said he didn't understand, wouldn't acknowledge what was written, or what I said when I called him. He continually spoke over me and did not listen until I said that I would like to speak to a his boss several times in a row.
He conveniently said "xxx will be back in about half an hour". He said that there weren't any bosses there, only some in the "warehouse" and they wouldn't be of help.
I asked why he couldn't just send another gasket as I had asked, I was willing to work with the damaged water pump (the machine surface has some damage). He kept up playing dumb. It was his refusal to get anyone else, as he kept up his stupid act, so I said just return the part - he suddenly spoke clearly and became lucid again and could understand what I was saying. Amazing!
What waste of time and money CPK is. Thank you for hiring someone with an exceptional customer disservice background, you'll get a lot of new one time only customers that way..."
"I ordered some axles from these guys several months before I ultimately installed them. Within a week of maybe 100 miles one of the boots on the axle slipped off. Long story short I had to pay them to send me a replacement so I could swap the axles at the same time and they sent me the wrong axle! Of course I didn't find out till I tried to install it and found the splines were slightly misaligned. When I told them about it they tried to get me to pay shipping. Then after I sent them off they claimed one of them never showed up and refused to refund my money. Don't buy anything from these guys, you're better off spending more at your local autoparts store for the same quality part."
"ordered a flywheel for my car using their part compatability. when I recieved the part it was not the one for my car. The error was on car parts king and their return policy states they would pay return shipping. They are refusing to do so stating the error is not their fault but the parts manufacturer."
"I ordered (1) Walker Exhaust Standard EPA Catalytic Converter #15635. However, I received a completely different catalytic converter not ordered. I also ordered (2) Walker Exhaust Exhaust Pipe Flange Gaskets #31369. Again, I received completely different items not ordered. Car Part Kings states on their website, " International orders are not eligible for return or exchange, unless in the case of manufacturer defect or Car Part Kings error." Obviously, Car Part Kings made an error in sending the wrong parts to me and must exchange the items. Car Part Kings website also states, "Return Shipping-Unless the return is due to manufacturer defect or Car Part Kings error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs." Again, the error was made by Car Part Kings and they are responsible for the costs of return shipping. Car Part Kings must pay the shipping costs for the correct items ordered to be shipped to me. Car Part Kings must also pay import taxes, duties and V.A.T. for the correct items to be shipped to me. I called Car Part Kings customer service and explained that I received the wrong items. I spoke to the same customer service person on two occasions on two different days. The first day, July 31, 2013, the c/s person told me after speaking to his "supervisor" that Car Part Kings could pay $30 towards the return shipping costs. I said this was completely unacceptable as the error was made by Car Part Kings and I am not responsible for paying anything towards the return shipping costs. I read the Return Policy on Car Part Kings website to the c/s person and told him his "solution" was going against his own Return Policy. The c/s person then said he could possibly just send the correct items ordered. However, the c/s person said he needed to wait until the next day to know if this was possible. The c/s person also told me he needed to speak to his supervisor again. I asked to speak to the c/s person's supervisor. However, I was given the run around and told he was not available. I called c/s person the next day on August 1, 2013. The c/s person said he spoke to his "supervisor" in the morning who said he could only offer $30 towards the return shipping. I said this was not acceptable and asked to speak to this so called supervisor. The c/s person said the supervisor was the owner of the company and was not available(again). I asked the c/s person to speak to another supervisor or manager. To my surprise, c/s person then said he was a supervisor!(?). At this point, I realized I was not getting anywhere and told c/s I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau. Furthermore, the incorrect items that I received are valued $15 less than the items I paid for. "
"I have made an order (2 rotors and 7 brake pads) with them and emailed them to know when the parts will be shipped. They replied it will be shipped in next couple days without giving an exact date. contacted again and replied with the same sentence. after three days of placing the order I contacted them and they said still processing . So, I said if you are not able to ship the parts today, please cancel the order. Then they cancelled the order and refunded with less that the amount paid. I asked them why, they said that is because the parts you order coming from another warehouse and it costs around 40$. I tolled them you did not mentioned that from the beginning. the customer service said you should be aware of it without acknowledge.
I recommend to every one not to buy from such really too bad customer service as If they have it!"
