"Carlos was extremely helpful and eager to make sure the parts that I needed were the parts he was selling. He checked the VIN # against his part numbers and told me the OEM part was better than the universal for my VW Beetle. He said he did not stock universal parts. I had intended to only order 2 oxygen sensors, but since Carlos was so eager to make sure he was selling me the right part I dediced to also buy a $316 catalytic converter.
