"I ordered a re-manufactured mass air flow sensor from CPW because of the great price. Upon ordering I received a call that only new sensors are available. The price increased but was still good. The shipping was fast. The part was faulty. I sent it back and the warranty was honored however the second sensor was also faulty and not new by evidence of wear. The sales representative that I dealt with several times treated me with contempt knowing I was not a mechanic, but not knowing that I'm a professional engineer. However, I was contacted by the manager and refunded my money on a part typically not refundable so that my only losses are time and a few hairs on my head. The car now has an OEM sensor and runs perfectly.

My advice would be that if you have problems contact the manager immediately and bypass the staff. "
