"I spoke with Bill who took my order. He was very helpful and was even able to offer me a discount on the pump I needed with the rack and pinion I ordered.
He told me my order would be shipped that day and I received an email telling me it had as well as a tracking number.
The order arrived on the day projected. Installation went smoothly except for a trip for needed banjo washers and "O" ring and a jam nut for the pump pulley. The new pump shaft was 1/2 inch shorter than the one replaced.
The core was sent back with UPS and should arrive 9/21. The shipping box is excellent, very sturdy. I rate your customer service 5 stars."
