The following Thursday, I get an email that the product I ordered was out of stock and a refund would "be issued in 24 - 48 hours AND it may take 2-3 business days for the refund to be issued." What the hell does that mean? Then it says that the bank may ALSO take 3-5 business days!
The email also said please call to see if we have a substitute product available.
I called. Some guy in Manila (&^%$#@) starts looking for a replacement but he has no idea what the hell he is doing. His suggestions for alternatives were completely absurd. After twenty minutes of broken English I discovered that the product I had originally ordered is not even what the website says it is.
