"Buyer Beware:
After purchase they will hound you for a core return they never told you about during checkout oron the invoice. In fact, most people won't find out about the core charge until they start getting these email messages.
They do mention the core return charge on their site, buried way down in the legalese small-print about warranty.
3 weeks after the sale they threaten that if you don't return the core, they'll charge you anywhere from $125 to $700 afterwards, depending on model.
And even though they ask for a response, they don't reply to email messages about their little shakedown.
In 20 years of buying autoparts online (or 30 years of buying in the store), I've NEVER had a situation where a company wil charge you a core charge AFTER the sale.
Any reputable company will charge a core during checkout and refund that when the core is returned.
With these clowns they hide the fact they charge a core and don't mention it until weeks later.
