"Even though their website requires your make and model of motorcycle, their covers do not fit correctly. Costumer service claimed their fit guarantee is not valid because of a “modification” note box at the very bottom of the checkout process. They did provide an exchange (at my cost) but the larger cover still does not fit correctly. I would not recommend them for motorcycle covers."

"I’m currently on my third gold shield 5L truck cover from this company and it’s been just over a year and a half. I paid $190 for it in 2022, and that was with its discounted price. The first order came with the wrong cover, so after arguing with customer service and sending multiple photos showing it didn’t fit, they finally sent the correct one. The second cover lasted about 10 months before it became very brittle and covered my truck in a white dust. After sending in evidence of that cover going bad, they said they would send me a new one but I had to pay $30. Now I’m on the third cover and 10 months later, it’s doing the same as the last one, but it’s caused damage to my paint. It imprinted my paint and will not buff out. So much for 5 star protection. This is supposed to be the best cover out of all of them. Currently trying to sort out getting a new cover and they want $57 for a replacement. I asked to speak to the manager and they just said I can either pay for the replacement or part ways with the company. "
