"Numerous times over the last several months, I have ordered gift cards, specifically for Home Depot. Every time, the order goes through and is verified with an email, and then I never hear back or receive my cards. They don't send a follow up email letting me know that the order was cancelled. I have to go into my account on their website and check. When I contact support, every time they tell me they are having issues with the website. All I know is they are having issues for the last year and not one of my 4 orders has amounted to an actual sale. Good thing is the credit card I put the order on never gets charged."
"This business is horrendous. The customer service is disgraceful. One of the most inadequate experiences I have dealt with! The toll-free number is a ruse. The address is to receive correspondence in Beaverton, Oregon, the owners, the Argentinian owners that live in Argentina. ANTONIA BENSUSAN MILLÈ and GONZALO BENSUSAN and all of the family members she has employed, as well the arbitrary individuals you hire to like your statuses on Facebook and provide erroneous reviews! I also utilized another establishment yesterday for a gift card and had no issues. I've used various corporations and never had a problem like this. One would presume that an organization that has proliferated would sustain at least respectable customer service; unfortunately, I can't even deem it insufficient, as the term isn't adequate! "
"Got signed up, then placed order for $150 in gift cards. They had dozens in stock on the site. They accepted my order, charged my CC the full amount, then about 10 minutes later they send a so sorry, these GC's are not available on our site, so you order is cancelled, and it 5-10 days you get a refund on your credit card. Placed a second order with > 10 $50 gift cards available, ordered just 3, same result.
They appear to be a new site with great discounts, if only they were honest and had items for sale that were actually available.
Now I need to track the credits to ensure every penny they got is refunded..
Stay far away.. they are incompetent at best, and Fraud Fraud Fraud in my experience."

My email account got hacked and fraudulent orders were placed but they cancelled and refunded those orders (although after my credit card co. opened a fraud case). One downside is they don't have a customer service phone# or any way to change your email ID / password, so you need to keep them securely."
