"My order hasnt been processed for 11 days a whole month after the last set release. Every customer service rep just tells me to wait, there is no "service" in telling customers to just wait longer. The website says 5-7 business days to process... THEY WORK WEEKENDS WHAT ARE THEY DOING.
Please dont give them any more business.
Terribly unrelaible and will probably downgrade your most expensive cards to good condition too."
"Card Kingdom’s customer experience is not what it used to be. It took them a whole week to send cards back to me that they declined to purchase instead of just changing the editions like they usually do. I got the sense that they are consistently understaffed and don’t have the manpower to perform their jobs up to their halcyon years standards. If I had to venture a guess, it’s because they don’t pay enough to count as a decent living, and their leadership is incompetent.
Never doing business with Card Kingdom again, and I hope that you save yourself the headache too.

"I've made a spreadsheet for the buyback pricing including tcg, card kingdom and market pricing, don't sell these guys your cards! Out of 100 cards only 2 were paid more by cardkingdom and not even enough to make it worth it. The most disappointing thing is they offer a measly 27 dollars for a boarderless mana vault a 60 dollar card!!!! Tcg player offers 47. What cheapskates lol. You would think it would be the other way around considering most of the prices are way higher than tcg players so they charge more but offer less. This confirmed my negativity towards card kingdom"
"Ordered $180 worth of cards for my grandson for x-mas. Placed an order in October. It's December 9 and I still can't get a tracking number that works. I hope to get the order before x-mas. I will never do business with this company again and I will advise everyone I know not to do so as well."
"Anyone thinking of selling to here or buying beware. Sold my collection and received a detailed report of the collection. They paid about 10 percent of what the website says. They also sell cards at conditions higher than they actually are and then won't except the return."
"Sent them a buy list that they approved, paid to ship my cards there and once they received the cards they changed the price to less than half of what was agreed upon and didn't even give an option to not sell. Never would have sold my cards for that low. Mint condition cards and they gave me less than a third of their advertised buy price. It's a scam and I wouldn't reccomend anyone sends them their cards unless they're willing to get completely ripped off with no option to not sell. "
"Ordered cards on 7th July 2021, I stay in South Africa. I paid $29.99 for transport, no option to chose what delivery, but for $29.99 they should use FedEx or an international courier. Instead they posted it... Received cards on 23rd of August 2021. Almost 2 months later. If you are based in SA I'd suggest using another company."
"I ordered over 80 cards from Card Kingdom and I was given a FAKE Bruna, the Fading Light. It was so blatant that it had the partial printout of an Eldrazi Angel on the other side. I don't know what kind of sick company can go around scamming people like this.
I cannot confirm the fakes of other cards in my deck because I am not well-versed at spotting them, but the blatant Bruna fake is my last straw. I'm sure that at least 20 other cards are fake as well and I'm awaiting a response from CK. I'm surprised nobody has filed a lawsuit against them for illegal business practices and selling fake cards. "
"Ordered cards from outside the US and never was it mentioned while ordering that extra custom fees had to be payed. Amazon for instance, always mentions these costs and if they are necessary to begin with, depending on the articles. I even selected an expensive UPS option for faster delivery, but on top of that, UPS charges me Euro 80,- in custom costs, for Euro 250,- in trading cards, cards that were overpriced as well, but the latter was my own decision. However, if I would've known that in total I would have to spend Euro 100,- to get them here I obviously would've respectfully declined.
Either shameless or lazy, but even from a business point of view I don't understand why this would serve Card Kingdom. I have quite an international network and will not advertise their company well to anyone. Customer service tells me kindly they will respond to my ticket in 14 days (!) So I hope they're happy with their 200 bucks. No more UPS either.
Great stuff. Not so much.

"My mother placed an order for my son, it was to be his Christmas present, he was very excited about it. My mother lives in VA and we live in CT, and this turn into such an issue because they claimed the billing and mailing address did not match. They off course did not match! We live in CT and she lives in VA. We sent emails explaining the situation, and all they did was tell us to use PayPal, well my Mom is 65 and she doesn't have PayPal, she is not going to set up a PayPal just for this purchase either. We could use the same exact card with the same billing an shipping address through PayPal? Have they ever heard of sending Christmas presents? Well off course the billing and shipping address will differ at times, they are so worried about fraud that they miss out on sales and make people very unhappy in the process. "
"I have put in 3 tickets over the past 15 days with no response. I will no longer be working with your company. You guys are shady and deserve to crumble. With the amount of money I have thrown you way I thought I’d get a response and you can’t even give me that. I will never recommend you to anyone."
"I found some old magic cards in a box from my old room in my parents storage unit and as I don't play anymore decided to sell them. I researched each card and had about 30 that were worth more than a dollar. I created the sell order on Card Kingdom, sent them in, and they evaluated them fairly and paid me promptly. There was a waiting period of 14 days when I sent them in due to the Coronavirus (they wanted to quarantine the cards which I'm not sure is TOTALLY necessary but somewhat understandable) which they did state up front. But other than that delay (which is probably not normal) everything was great! Highly recommended!"
"Their customer service has been responsive and generally they seem competent. I have 3 issues with them:
- their bulk CSV import tool can't handle anything where there are multiple pieces of art for the same card name. They keep saying "use the import tool" but it has some bugs
- when I delivered the cards to their store, they didn't inventory them. They just gave a receipt indicating I delivered "something"
- and biggest problem: their grading seems pretty random. I took a picture of the cards I delivered and they were all of similar and very high quality. 1 was graded Near Mint, 10ish Excellent, 6ish Very Good, 1 Good. They all look Near Mint to me. I have yet to see any evidence of observed damage etc. Their "no negotiation" policy on grading makes it look likely I'm about to receive a "take it or leave it response"
They graded me down over 10% of the value of the order. So this is a little disapointing"
"Do not trust them.
Will never buy again.
"
"These guys delivered *exactly* what they promised and more! When I sent a chunk of common lands in just to fill the package space and protect the valuable cards, I specifically stated in my note that they weren't part of the sell order and were only there for "filler." Nevertheless Card Kingdom still went ahead and graded them and added more money to my existing sell order, which they paid promptly. I have no hesitation recommending these guys if you have cards to sell."
