"Cardflip customer service finally got back to me a week later. They could not locate the pin to two electronic gift cards that I had purchased. Because the gift cards are electronic, I needed to transfer the funds to my app. However, I cannot do this without the pin numbers. Every other company has always provided me with a pin. The resolution they offered was another gift card from another company. Although I did get something that I would eventually use, I did not get the card that I wanted."
