"Yesterday was the first time I used this site. I ordered 2 Uber ecards and received them within 30 min. They worked and I was very pleased. Later, I had some errands to run, so I thought I would see if there were discount gift cards for that too. There actually was, so I purchased one. I waited for about 30 min for the card to appear in my inbox, but when I received the email, instead of my discount ecard, I received an email saying that my purchase was declined...!?! Very confused as to why, I read the email, and there was no reason as to why it was declined, so I clicked the link in the email that said, "See Details." That took me to my "dashboard" and the only thing it said was "please get in touch for more info". I called and received a voicemail telling me to email with any questions or issues. I sent the email yesterday afternoon and still have not received a response. I might have done something incorrectly with my PayPal payment, but I'm not sure how to proceed until someone returns my email. "
