Bought physical physical 02/06/19 ten days I can not get the track number to send. I bought a gift for the victorias secret for 218 dollars, spent 91 of them and left 34 dollars. They answered in 2 days. The question is not resolved. I wrote 5 or 6 letters answered once, no longer answer! I do not recommend this site because their support service is not effective !!!"

I have been dealing with this stupid card I bought for my mother on Mother Day!!!!
The card was not accepted in store, so I had to pay out of pocket
I even tried another store and they said the same thing, they will not accept this card and even tried inputting the card number.
I have sent numerous emails, and called numerous times, and each time i can not get through or if I actually get through after waiting on phone for 30 minutes, they say that the card should be accepted, WELL IT WAS NOT. II JUST WANT REFUND.
I was also told that they would send me physical card in mail, but guess what I haven't received it and that's not what i wanted since I DO NOT want to spend any more money at BOOT BARN!!!
