"I purchased a card and was not provided the barcode. Contacted Customer Service who provided me with a barcode. Barcode was unable to be read in store in several stores and several different registers. Contacted Customer Service who directed that I have the barcode and pin keyed in. That worked. Balance on card was roughly 1/2 of what I purchased. Contacted Customer Service twice and one month later, I am still awaiting a response. I am shocked at the lack of response. Only option available to me is to dispute the charge and prorate payment for what was received. "
