HORRIBLE customer service

I went to purchase a board game on card haus.
I placed it in my cart. I went to pay for it through PayPal. I had to sign in. I signed in. Now the item is no longer in my cart.
I got to put it in my cart, but this price has significantly increased! Initially with tax it was $44.12. The price after I signed in before tax it was $63!
I taken a picture of the $44.12 price in the cart.
So I contact their customer service, through email and attach the screenshot that I took of the original price.
I get a person named Kasey.
This person says that there’s nothing wrong on their end. I continue to ask how is it possible for me to have one price then sign in and have another price that’s $20 more. I’ve explained to this person that I’ve attached one picture the only picture that I took. This person and says that I send them other pictures of my process. I don’t understand what they don’t understand when I say I only took one screenshot. We go back-and-forth and I’m not getting through to this person that I have sent them the picture of the board game in their cart on their website, but this person is trying to tell me it’s not good enough! They asked me what currency I used and I said, as you can see, from the screenshot, it was American dollars… no matter what I said this person insisted that it was at my end and not there’s. I requested to escalated and this person told me that it’s a small company and they’re in charge.
I do not recommend this company to anyone… unless they’re wanting to get screwed on the price with no remorse.

Incompetent thieves

"I dealt with Kasey, one of the worst people I've ever had the displeasure of interacting with. Stole my money and my time. Don't use CardHaus."

Pathetic customer service

"Cardhaus is only willing to provide customer service as long as you choose the most expensive shipping option. If you choose cheaper shipping they will lose your package and then give a myriad of senseless reasons for it not being delivered to you. Furthermore, they will refuse to provide any helpful details or refund you.
Amazon and Miniature Market are much, much better alternatives. At least you get your shipments on time and with good customer support. Cardhaus does not know the meaning of customer service.

No customer service

"Cardhaus sometimes has prices better than MM or CSI. However they have NO customer service. They do not answer the phone ever. They are the only one of these companies that will not let you modify an order. I have Troyes and Feast for Odin on an order together. I asked them if I could make another order and have them switch stuff around on the orders so that I can get the stuff on my current order that is already released(Feast for Odin) before the preorder items(Troyes which has been delayed for a while). While I have done this many times with CSI and MM(Miniature Market has a great Customer Hold program that allows you to order each item individually and link all the orders you want to when you are ready to ship them) Cardhaus responded with "Unfortunately we cannot do that. The only thing we can do is cancel your current order and have you place new orders." Which would leave me paying ten dollars more for Feast for Odin if I beat everyone else to it because it is not available on Cardhaus anymore. I haven't heard anything back from them since. I have called over ten times and as I have said they do not answer their phones and I have sent several emails which they still do not reply to. If your shipment gets to you without Cardhaus' poor packaging causing damage to your purchased goods then Lucky You, otherwise I'm sorry for your loss and I hope that you can one day get ahold of them. In my opinion the dollar or two saved buying from Cardhaus is not worth the complete lack of customer service that comes along with it."

"Card Haus exceeded my expectations. I ordered a game on Tuesday with 2-day shipping, expecting it to ship out Wednesday and arrive on Friday in time for a game night. I was quickly notified that it couldn't ship out until Thursday. I explained that I really needed it by Friday and Card Haus upgraded my shipping to overnight and got it here in time! Would definitely recommend to anyone."
