"We received the cards and envelopes and the envelopes did not have our address on them. I called and told them that our order, which we have been ordering Eimicke for years and never had a problem, and she said that we did not request them to be printed. I then asked did a proof get sent before printing and she said no none was requested. Now I know I asked to have a proof sent because I asked the person taking the order to send it and asked the person to tell me the email address. Kevin always wants a proof and then he approves and they print and ship. My office is right across from Kevin and he heard me tell the person to send and proof and checked the email address. I even asked them to CC me on it but they said they could only do one person. Then I was told to send the envelopes back at my expense and they would reprint them. Like I said we have been doing business with Eimicke for years and I am sure that our order history transferred over to you. The person I spoke with put me on hold and then came back and said that they would print the envelopes and send them out but that is another charge. Fine I just need the envelopes with our address. I even told her to send me a printed label and I would send the enevlopes back to your company. She told me that they do not send labels that I could keep the enveolpes. We cannot use them as they have no address on them. I was ready to take our business elsewhere. We received the envelopes and they are fine. But my next order I am going to check, double check and triple check to make sure the person gets the order correct. A proof should be sent to every client to make sure that the order is correct so they client can approve the order. I even tell the person to please look at our order history. These cards are not cheap and you want them right the first time and not have to wait. Thank you"
