"I paid for a year's worth of baskets, and sent the order (with handwritten notes) ahead of the deadline. My son received nothing. No response to email for a few days, so I called. I was told the baskets were a couple of weeks late. Then I was told they were delivered 8/30. THEN I was told they were delivered 9/7. None of these were true. Requested a refund. Will update if I actually receive it. Waste of time and money.

I received an email receipt confirmation and called the customer service. They could not find my order and kept asking if I was charged. The supervisor would not get on the phone and I was told to email her and she would respond via email. Needless to say, I never heard back from them. This company is fraudulent and I will be contacting the BBB. "

"I paid for a package that was never delivered. I paid $25 for two-day delivery, on a Tuesday; when it didn't arrive, I called the company. An apology was issued and a promised was made to deliver it by Thursday. No package. Now I have to fight to get my money back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY"
"horrible company. I ordered a fall semester care package for my daughter so she could get it by her birthday. First off--when I placed the order-I never got a confirmation email. I called the next morning and was assured the order went through and I would get a confirmation email. Nothing received. Then I did an online chat and was given the order numbers. However, when I put in the order number in the website track page, it said "Order not found". I again chatted with someone and was assured the order was shipped. They gave me a fedex tracking number. But still no email confirmations. Supposedly the package was delivered today--however, my daughter didn't receive it. Supposedly fedex just left the package outside the building when they are supposed to go inside and have the RA sign. We haven't had delivery issues with other packages, but this company I am having issues with. Don't waste your money on this place"

We placed a $155 "Care Package" order to have small Care Packages sent to our son (along with "Hand Written" notes that we took the time to write) throughout the year during his 1st year away at college.
The company actually DOUBLE CHARGED our credit card ($310.) When we contacted them about the double charge, they said they would have to cancel our original order......Refund our money 30 days from today.......and then start a whole new order ASAP. AND.......worse yet, they couldn't guarantee that our "ORIGINAL" HAND WRITTEN notes would be in the new order.
So basically, we were going to be out of pocket $465 for 30 days.......AND NOT have our hand written notes included in our order.
We asked to speak to a Supervisor and held for 30+ minutes before finally being told us that they would have a Supervisor call us back that day before 5:00 PM. As I type......5:00 PM has come and gone.
This company doesn't care about it's clients once they get their money! "

I ordered a Birthday package for my son on 2/24/15 for a delivery date of 3/10/15. One would expect that would be PLENTY of time. Guess what. 3/10 came and NO package!
When I contacted the service department they "blamed" it on Fed Ex. Really?? Fed Ex received the package on 3/6.
I was able to track the entire order. What happened between 2/24 and 3/6? And guess what - they aren't doing a thing about it. Why order a Birthday package that won't be delivered. Telling EVERY college parent I know!
DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. Next time I will send it myself and it will be CHEAPER!

Contacted customer service and kept getting the tracking number (basically the run around). They stopped responding to my emails requesting compensation or something. I have sent packages to my son and never had issues with deliveries. I will not order from this place again. Poor customer service. "

What you get in the stress buster is ridiculous for the price. They are like toys from a .25 gumball machine. Also the snack pack is very high priced for what you get. Save that money and go make the care package for your child instead. Also the packages are not even geared towards college students, very childlike and ridiculous waste of money."

Ordered a package to be delivered and although my confirmation indicated it would be sent out the next business day, it was not sent out until 6 days later and missed my daughters birthday. When I tried to call to speak to the manager was told she was busy and could not speak to me. Tried to cancel order and was told I could not. I will never order from this place again.
