"I had problems with returning & getting the refund. The last one took me eight months. Despite the good quality of apparel i wouldn't recommend to order from this company, because they don't respect their customers."

"I placed an order in July. My credit card was promptly billed for $311.24 but the items I ordered were not delivered for weeks. They came from different vendors so did not arrive at the same time, so of course cannot be returned all at once. One item was sold out but I was never notified. Five items never arrived even after I was promised they were in the mail at least three times. I have been battling with the company over deliveries, refunds and returns for four months. I absolutely DO NOT recommend ordering from Carefree Casuals."

When I finally got the refund, they had deducted $27 without explanation (the total would only have been $36.80). When I called the office, I was told I had to talk to Aaron Tucker, who has yet to return my call. I would never, ever buy anything else from this company."
